Project Details
We delivered a bespoke single-storey garden annex in Haggerston, designed by Scenesmith. Finished with a terracotta carbon-neutral kitchenette by Leicht, exposed plaster, painted concrete flooring and generous glazing – including a three-panel door and skylights – the space is both refined and versatile.
The Porotherm clay block structure and distinctive glazed bricks from EH Smith are standout features. With their petrol-like shine and mottled texture, laid vertically at the designer’s request, the bricks form a striking garden addition. We also installed all utility connections, making the annex a flexible retreat for work, rest and entertaining.
