Overlooking the trees of Butterfield Green in Stoke Newington, we collaborated with the architects / owners at Langstaff Day Architects.
Post basement excavation and with the cross-laminated timber (CLT) structure erected, we were instructed to clad the envelope and undertake the full internal fitout.
We undertook a value engineering process to make cost-saving decisions where feasible and managed the build, including the installation of all windows, the zinc cladding roof and external walls.
