Project Details
Near the famous Columbia Road, we refurbished a Grade II listed Georgian terrace apartment, restoring its historic character while reworking the layout for modern living.
Our work included reinstating period details such as cornicing, ceiling roses and shutters, opening up the kitchen and living space and creating a new lightwell courtyard.
We also added a second bedroom and two bathrooms, upgrading all services, and carried out extensive structural repairs.
